About

A family, a mission,
a long-view legacy.

Grand Oak Communities is a Georgia-headquartered owner and operator of assisted living communities across the Southeast — built on the Lee Family Strategic Wealth Plan and animated by faith, hospitality, and stewardship.

Our Story

Two decades of caring for those who cared for us.

Grand Oak began quietly — as a family conviction that older adults deserve dignity, that caregivers deserve investment, and that business success is a tool for lasting good.

Today that conviction lives in every community we own and operate: hotel-grade hospitality, evidence-based clinical care, and a culture where employees are the first customer.

Our operations fund the Grand Oak Communities Foundation, which walks alongside foster children, foster and adoptive families, and young adults aging out of care.

Mission

At Grand Oak Communities, our mission is to enrich the lives of older adults by providing exceptional, compassionate, and dignified care in communities where residents feel valued, families find peace of mind, and team members are empowered to thrive.

We believe that exceptional resident care begins with exceptional employee care. By investing in, supporting, and developing our staff, we create a culture where compassionate caregivers deliver extraordinary experiences for every resident, every day.

Guided by faith, integrity, and stewardship, we are committed to building thriving assisted living communities that honor every individual while creating lasting value for our residents, employees, investors, and the communities we serve.

Vision

To become the most trusted and respected owner and operator of assisted living communities throughout the Southeast — a family of communities known for exceptional care, extraordinary employees, operational excellence, and unwavering integrity.
